Breakfast smoothies


Makes 2 glasses

What you will need:

one and half glasses full cream milk
1 banana
handful oats
1 small plain yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey

Mix together all ingredients in a blender and serve.

Food groups incorporated:

Oats- grains
Milk- dairy
Yogurt- dairy
Banana- fruit
